According to the YSX Annual Report, the Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX) traded less than 8 billion kyats in 2021 compared to the same period last year.
In 2021, the value of shares traded was 4.3 billion kyats, down from 12.6 billion kyats in 2020, about 8.3 billion kyats.
Shares traded from 1.87 million in the six listed companies in 2020, but around 8.8 million in the 2021 listed companies.
At the end of 2021, the average price per share of First Myanmar Investment (FMI) was 8,400 kyats. Myanmar Thilawa SEZ Holdings Public (MTSH) 3,100 kyats; Myanmar Citizens Bank (MBC) 7,900 kyats; First Private Bank (FBP) charges 19500 kyats. TMH Telecom Public (TMH) 2,600 kyats;
Ever Flow River Group Public (EFR) was priced at 2,900 kyats and Amata Holding Public Co., Ltd. at 6,000 kyats. At the close of trading on January 28, 2022, AMATA was priced at 5,100 kyats per share.
